Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because all our products are made on demand, we only offer refunds or replacements for the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective prints

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrives in poor condition

If your order falls under any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mean-apparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

Since each product is custom-printed especially for you, we cannot restock or resell returned items.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Mean Apparel LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are printed quickly after purchase, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank
